1. Notice for use

1.1 Testing principle

The portable immunity analyzer is medical equipment developed by our company, when testing reagent card, the determinant in sample combines with colloidal gold or fluorescent markers and respectively form an immune complex on the test region and control region. When the colloidal gold or latex reagent card is inserted into the analyzer, the excitation light irradiates on test region and control region, then it is collected and translated into electrical signals. The intensity of light absorption is proportional to the complex concentration on test region and control region, analyzer based on scan signal and a proper mathematical model to be a quantitative calculation, and get the qualitative or semi-quantitative result of the analyte content in the determined sample. The fluorescent reagent card is the same as colloidal gold or latex reagent card.

1.2 Scope

The immunity analyzer is used with the colloidal gold, latex and fluorescence immunochromatography kit, it is used for qualitative or semi-quantitative analysis of specific colloidal gold and latex reagents, for quantitative analysis of specific fluorescence immunochromatography reagents.

4.Instruments installation

4.1Power Requirments

Note:

· Please make sure to use the original adapter or an adapter that conforms to the relevant security certification. The adapter has a built-in fuse protector, which has overload, overtemperature, overvoltage protection, abnormal automatic shutoff, restart recovery. The adapter does not allow the operator to replace the fuse, please send it back to the manufacturer for replacement. If meet any problems in the process of using, please do not handle by oneself, should contact our company personnel in time.

· The accessories of the analyzer is carefully selected by a technician, If there are any other problems in the process of using, please do not replace device by oneself, you shall send analyzer back to our company in time, our company's professionals will repair and replace it.

4.2 Place

Analyzer should be placed on a dry, clean, flat, horizontal workbench, keep it at room temperature and excellent ventilation, avoid direct sunlight and other electromagnetic radiation sources or interference sources, also prevent vibration. Do not put the analyzer on a place where is difficult to operate and on-off switch. Analyzer and other instruments maintain more than 20 cm spacing, so that shut off power switch immediately when an exception occurs.

4.3 Installation procedure

1) Put analyzer host on the horizontal workbench, it is at least 20CM apart from the edge of the table ;

2) Connect host power adapter connector to host and plug the adapter plug into the socket;

3) Open power switch behind the host, the analyzer will perform a series of routine self-tests, after self-test, enter login screen.

Note: in the process of installation and use, If an abnormal situation occurs, please turn off the power in time and call our business or after-sales technical personnel
